Civil personnel was using the bullet proof jacket to prevent the effect of bullets in their body, this jacket used to be hard and heavy, inducing discomfort to the personnel.

Recently our scientists have discovered new generation shield to protect civil workers from bullets. The new generation technology is developed by the influence of Origami art.

Professor of mechanical engineering  at Brigham Young University in US Larry Howell said, "We worked with a federal special agent to understand what their needs were, as well as SWAT teams, police officers, and law enforcement, and found that the current solutions are often too heavy and not as portable as they would like.”

Howell further added, "We wanted to create something that was compact, portable, lightweight and worked really well to protect them,”
