Owner Directors of the real estate business Unitech Limited Sanjay Chandra and Ajay Chandra are being remanded for two days are now arrested by the Delhi police of EOW (economic offense wing).

Both the businessman duped their buyers for the 'Wildflower Country' house projects in Gurgaon Sector 70. Chief metropolitan magistrate Ashu Garg said, "The investigating officer is entitled to a thorough investigation so as to ascertain the involvement of other conspirators if any. Submission of the arrested accused persons that they have nothing further to say would not preclude the investigating officer from taking police custody."

The police said that in the project there were no symptoms of the construction if anything that is done was the landfilling and few sewerage pits. While the allegations said that the real estate directors took Rs 94 crore for the project.
