Odisha: In Balasore, the Railway Police beat a physicaly challenged man for stealing a mobile phone of a train passenger at the station. The in-human incident took place on Sunday.
When the especially challenged man was trying to escape from the place after stealing the phone, one passersby caught him and handed over to the Railway Protection Force. When the policemen discovered the mobile phone from the accused, they began to beat him brutally.
The cops kicked and also thrashed him badly. One passenger made a video of the incident in his camera and released the footage in media.
