Chennai: The Supreme Court yesterday announced its verdict and sentenced for the 4-year jail to AIADMK general secretary VK Sasikala Natarajan. After this, she won't be able to contest the elections for the next 10 years.
It is expected that Sasikala today will surrender. She has been convicted in the case of holding money that is more than her annual income. The court has also asked her to pay the fine of Rs 10 crore.
It is said that after all this, O Panneerselvam will be made the Chief minister of Tamil Nadu.
