Triple talaq is one of the biggest issue going on in the Supreme Court, it is not only an injustice to women but its makes men more dominant. Several issues related to a Muslim culture like- triple talaq, nikah halala, and polygamy will be the topics in Supreme Court.

SC says that they will only deal with legal aspects culture like- triple talaq, nikah halala and polygamy in the court. 

A bench headed by Chief Justice JS Khehar ordered,"You (lawyers for parties) sit together and finalize the issues to be deliberated upon by us. We are listing it day after tomorrow for deciding the issues,” 

The bench further added, "We are not interested in facts at all. We are only interested in dealing with the legal issue."
