Rumors are alleging about the malpractices by Infosys. As all these rumors are spreading with the speed of light, Securities, and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) is planning to scrutinize the giant Information Technology multinational.
Sebi chairman UK Sinhaon, while talking about the mal-practices rumors said that if anyone found guilty, they will be punished. Violations and mal-practices will be intolerable.
As per the resources, Sinhaon told, "Any input that we receive from any source is taken to its logical end. Sebi does not believe that just because some allegations have been made, it is true."
He further added, "We have to apply our mind and follow the due process. All I can assure you is that after an investigation if we conclude that something wrong has happened then they will not be spared, howsoever big or small they are."
