Muzaffarnagar: In kookra village, a six-year-old girl was raped by a man. The incident came to light when the locals heard the cry of the girl. They caught the accused and handed him over to the police.
The man has been identified as the Sajid who is 25-year-old. The victim of rape is admitted to the hospital.
The police have filed a case against him under the Section 376 (Rape) of the IPC and the POCSO Act. The father of the victim lodged the case and according to it, the incident took place when she went to a shop.
