The Samajwadi Party minister Gayatri Prajapati accused of raping a woman and attempting to rape her minor daughter was absconding is arrested today in the morning from Lucknow by the Uttar Pradesh Police.
The police arrested three persons in the case out of which two were the son of Prajapati. The special Task force last week from Noida nabbed two persons in the case. The minister was on the run after FIR is filed against him.
The police have issued a non-bailable warrant against him and his passport has been also impounded.
