1. Shetpal, Maharashtra - Land of Snakes:

It will be very shocking to know that Shetpal in Sholapur district is the place where every house has a booked area for Cobra and till no cases of snake bite have been reported here.

2. Lepakshi, Andhra Pradesh - Hanging Pillar:

It is a historical place where exist the hanging pillars, means there is a slight place between the pillar and the floor. Wondering how it can be possible? No, one knows, the reason behind this.

3. Gue Village, Spiti - Mummy is here:

From our childhood till now, we have heard and read that, mummies only exist in Egypt. But, we were totally wrong, a little village called Gue, in Himachal's Spiti district, have a well-preserved 500-year-old mummy of Sangha Tenzing, a Buddhist monk from Tibet.

4. Mayong, Assam - Black Magic practice:

There are various tales that have been heard about this place including men disappearing into thin air, people being converted into animals or beasts being magically tamed.

5. Roopkund Lake, Uttarakhand- Skeleton Lake:

Till now, 600 odd human skeletons have been discovered from here. That’s why this place is called as Skeleton Lake or Mystery Lake.
