'Supreme court' declined to accept the plea of screening National Anthem at courts

On Friday, supreme court decline to consider the plea of BJP leader in which he asked to play National Anthem in all the courts before starting of the court hearing.

Justice Dipak Mishra and Amitava Roy said that Petioner Ashwani Upadhyay should file a proper application.

The bench of justices said “Whether right or wrong, our order should not be overstretched. Bar (referring to Upadhyay) should show some restrain,”

On Novemeber 30th, the bench had made screening of National Anthem mandatory in all the theaters.
