On Tuesday, Tata Sons has slammed a legal notice to its former Chairman, Cyrus P Mistry for revealing the Confidential documents of the company and also sharing the timings of board meeting, company information and data.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas said "without there being any requirement to do so" the Mistry family firms "deliberately included in petition, as exhibits, confidential data, business strategies, financial information pertaining to the business affairs of Tata Sons Ltd, Tata Group Companies and Joint ventures".
The petition also allegedly states that Mistry not only breached his legal duties but also intentionally did things thatt caused loss to the Tata Group.
