Everyone wants to be happy, stress free, healthy, stay fit, etc. To stay happy you need to be content with your life. Always smile at what life offers you. Take care of yourself, eat well and be productive in life. Here are a few tips that will help you stay and live a happy and healthy life.

Just be yourself

Stop trying to be someone else and try and please everyone one around you. You need to be happy and keep yourself happy first in order to live happily. Stop thinking about what society thinks and do what u feel is right and makes you happy.

Get enough sleep

“Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise” this saying is true. This not only is good for your health but will also keep you happy.

Be a child once in a while

Bring out the child in you every once in a while. Don’t get too serious and moan about things. It will pass and new beginnings will follow.

Treat yourself

At times you feel like you really like something but think twice before buying it. Go ahead and just buy it for yourself, whether it’s that amazing red dress you seen at the mall or the sexy black shoes.

Eat healthy

Include fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid processed foods. It’s ok to have something or treat yourself to some good food once in a way. Have fruits like watermelon, apples, grapes, papaya etc. these contain ultimate source of water.

Exercise

Run, jog, walk, dance play, do any or all of these to stay strong, happy and increase your immunity.
