The UN Security Council is going to vote for sending observers on the evacuation of the Aleppo people that is happening in the city of Aleppo after the war died down. Although in a draft earlier by Russia it had warned UN not to send any UN observer to monitor the evacuation of the civilians in the city.

After four a new draft was agreed upon by the UN Security Council. "The resolution we have drafted came after intensive negotiations because our goal was to have a result -- not to obtain agreement necessarily on 100 percent of our text, but to reach goals we consider essential," French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc said.

The new draft suggests UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to make arrangements, in consultation with Syrian authorities and the rebels, to allow UN monitoring of "the wellbeing of civilians."

Fighters and civilians expulsion came to a halt on Sunday after gunmen attacked a bus that was carrying passengers to be evacuated.
