Japanese auto giant Toyota launched a new crossover in its lineup, on Wednesday. Toyota unveils its Corolla Altis car in India. The all-new crossover is priced at Rs 15.87 Lakh.
As per the reports, the company has launched the dual versions of the car, one is of Petrol fuel compliant and another with Diesel fuel compliant. The company believes that this new crossover will be one of the toughest rivals to all the other cars in the global market.
N. Raja, Director & Sr. Vice President, Toyota Kirloskar Motor said, "Over the years the Corolla Altis has emerged as one of our strongest products in the country enabling us to strengthen our position in the premium C sedan segment with an average of over 40% segment share. We are confident that the new Corolla Altis will be successful in maintaining its unshakeable presence in the segment and also reiterate Toyota’s safety leadership positioning in India."
