The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) is recently focusing on Reliance Jio's free data and services offers, as it has given hard hit to all the other telecom service providers, it is to be taken seriously to check either Reliance have got the permission to provide free data and services or not.

Recently, TDSAT asked Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to re-examine the filing and check either RJio was permitted to offer free data and services or not. 

TDSAT took the initiative after listening to the disputes by the other telecom service providers. Previously, Bharti Airtel has filed a complaint at TRAI to halt the Jio free data and services offers.
