Twin bomb blasts took place outside Kurdish party Headquater an opposition party office in Iran. Kurdish party regional officer, Jalal karim said, "The blasts hit the town of Koysinjaq about 10:00 pm (local time) on Tuesday, killing five members of the Kurdistan Democratic Party-Iran, a member of the security forces and a child".
There were many people around who were also injured but there specific number was not given.
As per records "The Islamic State jihadist group, which Kurdish forces have battled in the north, including as part of the still ongoing operation to besiege Iraq’s second city Mosul, is the repeated attacker in the Kurdistan region."
