MANDSAUR: In a tragic incident, two kids were killed and six others injured when the roof of house caved-in at Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh on Monday. The incident occurred on Monday at around 5 pm in Garoth village and those who injured in an accident include two women, who were critically injured.

The deceased were identified as Gungun, 4, and Naksh, 4, who declared dead while undergoing treatment at the hospital. The incident took place after explosion in domestic LPG cylinder at Narendra Gyari’s house, Garoth police said.

The intensity of explosion was so high that it caused the roof of the house cave in trapping Narendra, 35, his wife Babli, 26, sister Manju, nephew Shubham, 5, niece Gudia, 2, daughter Gungun, 4, Manoj's son Naksh Patidar, 4 and Laxman Singh Rajput, 20. A team of Garoth police rushed to the spot and with help of neighbours, pulled out the victims.

They were rushed to a hospital where Gungun and Naksh died during treatment, police said adding the rest of the injured were referred to a hospital in Jhalawad, Rajasthan.
