Agra: A toddler was allegedly raped by her uncle at a wedding in Pohiya village which falls under the Khandauli police station limits.

According to the report, The victim had come to attend the wedding along with her mother. The accused is distant maternal uncle of victum allegedly raped the 18-month-old victim after taking her to a secluded area. the victim was found around 400 metres away from the venue of the wedding. The distant maternal uncle who allegedly raped the toddler hails from the Firozabad district.

Chennai Man poisoned a pregnant woman

The mother of the victim started looking for her daughter after the accused did not return for around two hours. Hours after this, the victim was found unconscious and her abdomen was bleeding as well. It was alleged that the family was making constant efforts to suppress the case. 

The mother was allegedly asked to leave the venue with her daughter. Information about the incident was given to the police by a local.

Police arrested 3 for gang-raping and sharing video clip of the incident on Social media

SHO Khandauli, Prashant Tyagi told Times of India that the accused has been booked under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the POCSO Act. The accused is yet to be nabbed. The victim was sent for a medical examination.
