Jammu, Today, new batch of 113 pilgrims left for the twin base camps of Amarnath cave shrine in south Kashmir Himalayas amidst tight security.
According to the police officer, “pilgrims including 102 men and 11 women, left in a cavalcade of 4 vehicles from the Bhagwati Nagar base camp in Jammu for the two base camps of Pahalgam and Baltal in Kashmir this afternoon”.
501 yatris paid curtsy yesterday at the cave shrine.
The yatra will bring to a close on August 18 when the holy mace would reach the cave shrine.
