On Thursday, two people were allegedly killed in separate road mishaps in the district, police said. As per police report, 36 years old Ram Singh was killed when his motorcycle was hit by a tractor near Baghapurana last night, police said. In the second incident, a couple going on a motorcycle was hit by a car last night, seven kilometres from Moga City, police reported.
55 years old Jarnail Singh died on the spot while his wife Jaswant Kaur was hospitalised with severe injuries, police said.
