In northwest Delhi's Mahindra Park area, the police have arrested three men for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl over a span of a year.
The police as per the sources news said 'The girl's relatives informed the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) helpline, following which the three accused were arrested'
The fourth accused hasn't been arrested yet since he has gone to Bihar for his wedding, the panel as per the sources news said in a statement.
