New Delhi: In the national capital today, the fourth International Kite Festival has started in which experts in kite flying from across the country and world will participate. The fest will be a three day event.
The exhibition on the history of kite will also held in the festival. The three day long event is hosted by Delhi government.
Apart from kite flying, several events like crafts bazaar, magic shows, puppet shows, quiz contests and dance presentation is organized for the visitors.
