4 girls left for home from school, goes missing from last three days

New Delhi: Four girls, including three minors, left for school in Lakhimpur Khiri in Uttar Pradesh and went missing on their way to school. The police have expressed suspicion that the girls have run away on their own and have not been abducted. Police said five teams were hired to track them. Nothing has been discovered yet.

On Monday, these girls left their respective homes to go to school but did not reach school. The age of the girls is being told between 15 and 17 years. The four girls are friends among themselves, three of them are 10th and one is an inter-student. CCTV footage has also been found in which the students are seen going in other clothes. The police investigated CCTV footage in which the four girls were seen coming out of a building after changing the school uniform and then boarded a bus to Sitapur.

Kheri SSP Vijay Dhull says that all police posts have been alerted and circulated photographs of girls in public and on various social media platforms.
