4.4 intensity earthquake jolts National Capital, Haryana

New Delhi: Today, the National Capital and Haryana was hit by the medium intensity earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter Scale with the depth of 10 kilometres.

As per the National Centre for Seismology, a unit of Ministry of Earth Sciences, “the mild tremor hit Delhi at around 4.30 am and was epicentred near Delhi-Haryana border.”

No casualties have been reported so far anywhere in the City. Earlier, on Wednesday, Punjab's Jalandhar district was hit by the 3.6 magnitude. 

As, earthquake jolts city triggering the threatening situation, many people tweeted about the incident.
