Water that is too hot or too cold isn’t good for the skin. Slightly or lukewarm water is just fine to cleanse your face perfectly without harming the skin. Not changing the pillow covers frequently will cause damage by clogging the pores as pillow covers accumulate a build-up of sweat, conditioner and scalp oil. The skin under and around the eyes are very delicate and needs special care. You need to apply creams around this area and massage gently. Going to sleep with make-up on is a bad idea. Doing so, regularly, can result in breakouts, dryness and eye irritation. Getting sufficient sleep is also good for your skin.
