9 ISIS agents convicted for inciting Muslim youth of India to become terrorist

New Delhi: 9 members of the terrorist organization who made ISIS agents inciting Muslim youth in every city of India found guilty. The NIA broke the chain of the largest network of terrorist organization ISIS through which large-scale terrorist incidents were to be carried out in India. NIA Special Judge Parveen Singh has convicted nine accused in the case in Patiala House Court in New Delhi. All these convicts will be sentenced on 22 September.

On August 6, six other accused were also convicted in the same case of ISIS conspiracy. The NIA had registered the case on December 9, 2015 under sections 125 and 18, 18B of the IPC, section 39 of the UA (P) Act, 1967. It was revealed in the investigation of this case that a large criminal conspiracy is being hatched in India by ISIS. Terrorist incidents were to be carried out in almost every region of India by recruiting Muslim youth for ISIS. For this, a recruitment platform was also created. It included all types of people. That is, there were people who used to involve Muslim youth in terrorist activities by inciting the name of religion.

In this case, the social media platform was heavily supported. Many fake IDs were created for this. During the investigation, 19 accused were arrested when searching was done in various cities. The accused had also formed an organization called Junud-ul-Khilafa-fil-Hind (a group seeking to establish the Caliphate in India and pledge allegiance to ISIS / ISIL), aimed at Muslim youth. Had to be made terrorists by provoking.
