Nagpur: A shocking incident has come to light from the Nagpur district of Maharashtra. In fact, an 11-year-old girl has been gang-raped several times in a month. Police have arrested nine persons in this case. An official reported this on Wednesday. Police said the incidents took place between June 19 and July 15 in a town about 60 km from Nagpur city. The culprits who molested the girl have been identified as Roshan Kargaonkar (29) and her friends/acquaintances Gajanan Muraskar (40), Premdas Gathibande (38), Rakesh Mahakalkar (24), Govinda Nate (22), Saurabh alias Karan Rithe (22), Nitesh Fukat (30), Pradyumna Karutkar (22) and Nikhil alias Pinku Narule (24). The victim's parents are labourers. Police said the culprit, Kargaonkar, lives in the neighbourhood of the minor girl. Police have registered a case under relevant sections and initiated further legal action. A few days ago, a shocking incident was reported from Bhiwandi in the Thane district of Maharashtra.
