Ranchi: The illicit relationship between the sister-in-law and brother-in-law in Jharkhand's Godda district led to the murder of a 10-year-old innocent. The 10-year-old boy was at his grandmother's house. There he saw his aunt in an objectionable situation with his uncle. The woman suspected that the child would not tell her husband and other relatives about her relationship. The young man who had a illicit relationship with the woman was none other than the cousin of her husband. The case has come from Seemanpuri village under Belbadda police station of Manaharama block. Fearing the secret to be revealed, the aunt, along with cousin brother-in-law, decided to kill the child. The two called the child in the room. It is alleged that the two together killed the child by strangulation and threw his corpse into the well. The rest of the family became worried when the child disappeared from the house. He reported the child missing to the police of Belbadda station. When the police arrived on the spot, it was suspicious of the woman's words. The police strongly questioned the woman and her brother-in-law, and both confessed to their crime. Investigating officer SDPO Kameshwar Kumar Singh said that the confession of crime on behalf of the two accused is the basis of a strong charge sheet against him. According to Singh, action is being taken to send the two accused to jail and they will be tried to get severe punishment.
