Only a few people drink coffee every day. While coffee is being considered beneficial in terms of health. A recent research has found that drinking a cup of coffee regularly reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer and diabetes. According to research, people who drink a cup of coffee every day, the risk of untimely death is reduced by 12 percent compared to the normal people. Those who drink two cups of coffee every day, the risk of untimely death decreases to 18 percent compared to the normal people. This study is published in the 'Anals of Internal Medicine' General. For this the data obtained from a study conducted by the University of Hawaii Cancer Center and the Cake School of Medicine of Sardin University of California was used. There were 2.15 lakh participants figures in the study. Participants were quite diverse in ethnicity. By studying them, the researchers wanted to know what their relationship between their lifestyle and the possibility of cancer in them.
