Mumbai: A 12-year-old girl allegedly committed suicide at her residence in Nagpada area by hanging herself to utensil rack. The police are investigating the case. According to a report , Senior Inspector Shirish Gaikwad of JJ Marg police station said, the girl was identified as Gulshan Mohammad Guddu Shah, who hanged herself with a dupatta on Friday night when nobody was at home. Reportedly, the incident came to light when the victim's uncle visited their home despite repeated knocks no one opened the door. He then rushed to Gulshan's father's shop nearby and when they opened the door. They found her hanging from a wall-mounted utensil rack, Gaikwad added. Meanwhile, the rest of the siblings went down to play after that but she was at home. However, the local police are investigating the case and an investigation is underway to find out the cause of death. The woman allegedly poisoned her two specially-abled children before committing suicide. The 50-year-old deceased woman hailed from Tamil Nadu and was a resident of Electronics City police station mills. The woman had problems in the married life and they also developed differences because of the specially-abled children. Following continuous fights, the deceased shifted to a separate house and was having trouble for not having a steady income.
