Anandiben Patel sworn in as Governor in charge of Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal: Political movement continues in Madhya Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel has taken oath as the in-charge Governor of Madhya Pradesh today. She was sworn in by Chief Justice AK Mittal of the High Court. Shivraj will hand over the list of new ministers to Anandi Ben today. Tomorrow these ministers are about to take oath. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, former Chief Minister Kamal Nath and state government ministers and former ministers have attended the oath-taking ceremony of the Governor at Raj Bhavan on Wednesday.

However, in view of Corona, very few people were invited to the program and adequate arrangements for social distancing were also made. Madhya Pradesh Governor Lalji Tandon has been admitted to a hospital in the hometown Lucknow for the last few days due to ill health. President has also handed over the charge of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh to the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Patel. Governor Patel will rest here tonight. Tomorrow, the state cabinet will administer the oath to the new ministers under the extension.

Before this, Anandiben Patel reached here from Charter plane at 4 pm. She was welcomed by state BJP president VD Sharma. A special aircraft of Madhya Pradesh government was sent from Bhopal to Lucknow to attend Governor Anandiben.
