The details of income and expenditure did not reach the Election Commission, these political parties have shocked the action

Every year by October 31, all political parties in the country have to give details of their income and expenditure to the Election Commission. But surprisingly, so far 5 national parties, including Congress, BJP, have not yet given these details to the Election Commission. Let me tell you that so far 5 out of 8 national parties have not given this details, while only 22 out of the 52 regional parties have given details of their income and expenditure to the Election Commission so far. That is, till now only 25 parties out of 8 national and 52 regional parties have given details of their income and expenses to the Commission.

According to media reports that the regular date for submission of the annual audit report to every political party is 31 October. This year, every political party had to give details of their income and expenditure to the Election Commission by 31 October 2019.

For your information, let us tell you that the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) has analyzed the details of income and expenditure of political parties from the Election Commission website. The total expenditure declared in Samajwadi Party's audit report is incorrect because the total expenditure is not equal to the expenditure statement indicated by the party i.e. Samajwadi Party has given its behavior wrong. The audit report of 5 national and 30 regional parties is not available on the Election Commission website till date.
