All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi is planning to revamp syllabus of technical courses across colleges in India, they want to increase employability after technical courses, said Dr. MP Poonia, vice chairman. He further added, "the syllabus will be industry linked, which would also make spending two months per year in an industry, mandatory for students. " "The AICTE is tying up with CII and Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to give industrial exposure to the students,"Poonia stated.
