These airline companies started giving refunds to customers

Airlines Indigo and Air Asia India have started giving refund of tickets for flights which have been cancelled, these airlines have given the amount to travel agents. Travel portal EasyMyTrip.com has given this information. Travel agents will now be able to issue refunds to their customers.

In his statement, Nishant Pitti, CEO of EasyMytrip.com said, "All passengers who want a refund directly instead of putting the refund amount in the credit shell will be given a refund. Currently, Air Asia has done this in the case and we have returned the amount to the customers in their bank accounts. However, we are getting this amount from Air Asia in the wallet."

Apart from this, he said that other companies have also started giving refunds. Now Indigo has also started refunding in Wallet of our agency, by this we can buy new tickets of Indigo and on the other hand, we are refunding the money to customers in their bank accounts. Significantly, due to the Coronavirus epidemic, lockdown is in force in the country from March 25 due to which air services were closed. However, two months later, on May 25, domestic flights have started on some routes. He said that two aviation companies have now given the option to travel agents that they can either give refunds to their customers or keep the amount in their credit shells. This amount can be used in future bookings.
