Air India is making significant improvements to its customer service by introducing seven new languages into its Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. This enhancement aims to make communication smoother and faster for users. The updated IVR system now supports Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, and Telugu, in addition to English and Hindi. This addition will allow the system to automatically detect a caller's language preference based on their mobile network, streamlining the process and cutting down on wait times. The airline's enhanced customer support operates around the clock, with dedicated assistance available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Additionally, Air India has launched five new contact centers to provide 24/7 support to customers worldwide, including specialized desks for premium and frequent flyers. Driving change: Air India continues on the path of innovation and adapting the latest technology to become a world-class airline. In order to offer a wholesome experience, we adhere to quality assessments, customer service evaluations, customer feedback, and statistical analysis through informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
