New Delhi: With the hands of The Tata Group of Air India, now there are 3 tata airlines in the country. This includes Vistara and AirAsia India. Tata Group has started the work of co-operation between these airlines and the benefit is going to be available to the customers of Air India and then Air Asia India. Air India and AirAsia India have signed an 'Interline Consideration on Irregular Operations' (IROPs) agreement. This means that if the service of either airline is interrupted due to any reason, then its passengers will be provided with the facility to fly on the first available flight of the other company. At present, this facility will be available only to domestic passengers of both companies. This initiative of Tata will benefit the customers of both airlines. If an airline's flight is delayed or cancelled too late, it will be able to take off from another available flight. The Tata Group says it will not inconvenience the customers of the two companies. The availability of a seat on the second flight will also be seen for this facility. Based on that, the airport manager will make a decision in this regard, which will be the final decision. Let us know that before this, many changes have started to appear as soon as the on-board in the Tata Group of Air India comes on-board. The most important thing is the food you get on the flight.
