Gorakhpur: In the Gorakhpur on Sunday, Samajwadi Party national president and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has taunted the BJP government on the double murder case.
In his tweet, he has written that "If the cases of murder, rape and kidnapping in Gorakhpur continues during the tenure BJP government, then Gorakhpur's name will be changed to 'Gunhapur' soon. Those who are not able to maintain law and order in their district, how they will handle the entire state. Someone should advise them that there cannot be development if there is crime". Akhilesh has once again targeted the Yogi government.
On the other hand, Corona is wreaking havoc in Agra. Another bad news came on Monday morning. Mandalayukta (Commissioner) Anil Kumar's mother died today after the death of his father. She was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Noida. Both people were corona infected. In two days, there has been a wave of mourning in the administration with the death of the commissioner's parents. On August 5, the Health Department had conducted a random sampling of 26 people at the commissioner's residence on Mall Road. The corona infection was confirmed in six people, including the commissioner's mother, father and sister. The report of the commissioner, his wife and both children came negative. The commissioner's parents were earlier admitted to the Private COVID Center on MG Road in Agra.
