Lucknow: During a rally in Uttar Pradesh's Rampur by-election, Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav told CM Yogi in a threatening tone that when the SP government was in the state, Yogi's file had also come to him, but he didn't take any action. SP does not believe in doing anything wrong against anyone. Akhilesh, who reached the rally with Azam Khan, warned the government that the BJP government should stay within limits, otherwise after the formation of the SP government, everything will be accounted for. According to reports, Yadav, along with Azam Khan, at an election rally here urged the public to vote against the injustice meted out to Azam in the December 5 Rampur assembly bypoll. Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad was also present on the dais on the occasion. Akhilesh Yadav, who was the CM of the state from 2012 to 2017, said without naming anyone that no one is stronger than time. I returned that file. If you don't believe, ask the authorities.' Akhilesh threatened that 'Don't force us to be so heartless that when we form the government in the future, we will take the same action against you as you are doing today.' Akhilesh Yadav, who campaigned heavily in the Mainpuri Lok Sabha by-election, had come for the first time to campaign in favor of another SP candidate in the by-election.
