Alec Baldwin booked: Media reports say that George Spaekoy has alleged that Alec Baldwin's bullet that killed Halyna Hutchins also injured Joel D'Souza. Sarge has said that as an actor and producer of the movie, Baldwin should have noticed that a prop gun is a weapon.

The case also mentions that the actor had to ensure that the gun was pointed at the camera and not at a person. Sarge had also condoled the passing away of cinematographer Halyna on his social media handle. He had said that I stood shoulder to shoulder with Halyna during this dangerous shot who took her life and injured director Joel when he was losing his life. Her blood had fallen on my hands.

For information, Halyna (cinematographer) was immediately admitted to New Mexico Hospital in Albukirk after the incident. But, she could not survive. The director of the movie is also fighting for life and death in the hospital. Action is being taken as to whether the gun being used in the movie was full of real bullets. Most Hollywood directors prefer to use real stuff to shoot a scene in their movie so that it doesn't look fake on screen. The prop gun with which the shooting was going on is real, but it uses blank cartridges instead of bullets.
