HTC has launched an Alexa app for all their HTC U11 smartphone users, which will make Amazon's smart digital assistant available on phones in rivalry to the other apps like google assistance and Siri. Huawei Mate 9 was launched last November which had advance features but on Huawei's phone, the Alexa app had to be opened up manually. That means HTC U11 owners will be the first ones to be able to use Alexa as a genuine, integrated digital assistant on their smartphones although they're not the last. If you've not yet tried the Alexa application, let us tell you that it can use more than 15,000 skills of Amazon's smart assistance and informs about the weather, upcoming events, clears querries, play music, set reminders and can control many other services.
