Alia, Varun, and Sidharth to have a cameo in Student Of The Year 2

Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year batch of 2012 has successfully hit in the bollywood. And now that the 3 toppers are flying high on the big screen, Karan Johar is ready with a sequel to his student life rom-com with Tiger Shroff in the lead role. While conjecture about the other cast members still do rounds, Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khatter’s name is on the list too. While people are crazy to see who this campus caper will feature in its sequel alongside Tiger, everyone also wondered if the film will have alumni meet for its ex-students and turns out that it might happen. For in an interview with Mid-Day, Alia Bhatt dropped hints about her, Varun and Sidharth having a cameo in the Punit Malhotra directorial. “I am sure Karan [Johar] will find a way to associate us in some way. For all you know, there might be some reference to us in the second part. Never say never! It could be possible,” she said.

Featuring Tiger Shroff in the lead role Alia asserted that, “Tiger Shroff is fantastic and I know the film is going to be a lot of fun." Well, we agree for the plush college, St Theresa's, that these guys graduated from, into Bollywood, looked quite a fun place to be in. And sounding full of gratitude towards Karan Johar, Alia spoke about her career while she attended an award function recently, “The love started pouring in right after the release of the film [Student Of The Year]. All the credit goes to the songs and the look of the film. It's been an amazing journey since then."Well, Alia Bhatt has been on an upward ascent ever since her debut and while she is working with the best of filmmakers she will be next seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi, followed by Gullyboy and Brahmastra. Talking about all her future projects Alia said, “Brahmastra is a supernatural drama whereas Gully Boy is gritty. So it's like living in two parallel worlds. Plus, I really admire both, Ranveer [Singh, co-star in Gully Boy] and Ranbir [Kapoor, co-star in Brahmastra]. I am sure I will learn a lot from them. And we also have Amitji [Amitabh Bachchan] in Brahmastra. We have always spoken of wanting to do a film together, and finally, I am sharing screen space with him."

Alia always manages to carry her heart on her sleeve and is super cute with anything she says, but with all 3 coming on the same set for a cameo in a film that they were once a part of, will be quite a riot to witness.
