Amisha Patel may be arrested anytime

Bhopal: The Bhopal district court has recently issued a bailable warrant against Bollywood actress Amisha Patel in a cheque bounce case. In fact, the court has also issued directions to Amisha to appear before it on December 4. Let me tell you that Amisha has been the star campaigner of the Congress in the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections. Recently, Amisha was booked in court by UTF Telefilms Pvt Ltd for cheque bounce of Rs 32.25 lakh.

In this case, it is alleged that Amisha and her company M/S Amisha Patel Productions had borrowed Rs 32.25 lakh from UTF Telefilms Pvt Ltd in the name of making the film. Two cheques issued to the company under the agreement had bounced to 32 lakh 25 thousand rupees. Now, Ravi panth, a lawyer for UTF Telefilms Pvt Ltd, says first class district judge Ravi Kumar Borasi has issued a bailable warrant against Amisha Patel. Let me tell you that it was he who filed the case in bhopal court on behalf of UTF Telefilms Pvt. He recently said that if Amisha does not appear before the district court on December 4 after obtaining a bailable warrant, an arrest warrant can be issued.

Let me tell you that apart from Bhopal, a case was registered against Amisha Patel in a cheque bounce case worth Rs 10 lakh in Indore also. In the case, it is alleged that he had also taken 10 lakh cash in the name of filmmaking from Nisha Chhipa, who lives in Pink City, Indore and the cheque in lieu of this bounced at the bank in Indore.
