Kashmiri students of AMU protest against Kashmir reorganization bill

Aligarh: Kashmiri students studying at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) have protested against the Jammu and Kashmir reorganisation bill passed by Parliament. Two days ago, some students participated in the protest held in Delhi. It also vowed to continue to oppose the unconstitutional decision, but maintain peace.

The agitation broke out on the Vivi campus after social media came to know about the holding of a mass protest against the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill at 6 pm on Wednesday evening. The district administration and the AMU's procuratorial team were alerted. RAF and police personnel are already on the Vishwadyal Circle. ACM II Anjum also arrived. The students tried to stop the program by explaining, but the procuratorial team did not succeed.

More than 50 students from Kashmir reached the canteen at Maulana Azad Library at 6.30 p.m. The procuratorial team members who were already there tried to explain that nothing would spoil the image of the AMU. The students objected to the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill, but did not raise any slogans or demonstrations, etc. Proctor Pro.
