7 dead in a massive fire at at hotel being used as Covid-19 facility

Visakhapatnam: A massive fire has been reported in a hotel in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Firemen have reached the spot as soon as the fire is reported and are trying to control the fire. According to the Vijayawada police, 7 people have lost their lives so far, and 30 people have been safely rescued. This hotel was being used to facilitate the corona virus.

Currently the fire brigade team is trying to control the fire by reaching the spot. There have been reports of 40 people inside the hotel, 30 corona patients and 10 hospital staff. It killed 7 people and saved 30 people safely. Andhra Pradesh CM Jaganmohan Reddy expressed grief over the incident. Along with this, he has also issued orders to investigate the incident. While giving information to the Chief Minister's office, a private hospital had rented the hotel, preliminary investigation revealed that corona patients were kept here for treatment.

CM Jagan Mohan Reddy has directed to provide better treatment to all the injured. He also ordered all the authorities to investigate the matter thoroughly and they have said that the report should be sent directly to them.
