Ordinance passes in UP over 'Love Jihad', Anil Vij says, 'Yogi Zindabad'

Lucknow: Yogi Adityanath's government has approved the law against love jihad in Uttar Pradesh. On the previous day, the state cabinet approved an ordinance related to it. Many types of reactions are coming to this. Anil Vij, a minister in the Haryana government and veteran leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), praised the UP government's decision. he also said that such a law will be made in Haryana soon.

Anil Vij has tweeted on the decision of the UP government, that the Yogi cabinet has given final approval to this law for action on the perpetrators of Love Jihad in Uttar Pradesh. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Zindabad. Haryana will soon enact a law on Love Jihad. Churning continues on the issue of love jihad in BJP ruled states for a long time. It was started from UP, after which states like Madhya Pradesh, Haryana have given statements on it. Now that UP has passed the ordinance on this, in such a situation, everyone's eyes are on Haryana and Madhya Pradesh.

According to the ordinance passed by the Yogi government, for fraudulent conversion to marriage, there will be a punishment of 10 years. For the conversion, the District Magistrate will have to give information about two months in advance. Not only this, the ordinance provides for imprisonment of 1-5 years with a fine of Rs 15,000 for conversion. If this happens to minor and women of SC-ST community, then there will be imprisonment of 3-10 years with a fine of Rs 25,000.
