AP CM Jagan cancelled his upcoming Tirupati meeting

In all around the world corona cases are increasing in rapid speed due to that many state are imposed lockdown this year as well. So here same with Andhra Pradesh state,  the number of Covid cases are increasing steadily in the State. In this cure,  Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Saturday cancelled the Tirupati by-election meeting scheduled to be held on April 14.

Here it is to be noted that the Chief Minister, in an open letter to the voters, pointed out that on Friday alone the State reported 2,765 new infections, including 496 in Chittoor and 296 in Nellore districts, which come under Tirupati Lok Sabha (SC) constituency. He explained in latter that “If I attend the Tirupati meeting, thousands will come there. But, public health and happiness is important for me and as a responsible Chief Minister, I am cancelling my Tirupati meeting,” adding that he had already addressed letters to every family in the constituency on the benefits accrued to them during the past 22 months rule of the YSRC government. Jagan also urged the voters to elect the party candidate Gurumurthy with a huge majority.
