Apple took the throne of world's top smartphone seller

Apple Inc. showed disastrous performance in global market, it has sold nearly 78.29 million iPhones in the first quarter of the year 2017. Apple and Samsung were the two top competitive brands in the smartphone world, but Apple took over the throne of "world's top smartphone seller".

Apple stood in the global market with an average sell of 78.29 million smartphones, whereas Samsung Electronics accounted 77.5 million smartphone sell.

Apple iPhones smartphones contribute two-third share out of the Apple's total revenue. Apple chief executive Tim Cook said, "Demand was especially high for the larger iPhone7 Plus in the fiscal first quarter."
