New Delhi: Australian tennis player Nick Kirios has been misbehaved on the field. The Association of Tennis Professionals has banned him for this for 16 weeks. Even after the ban, the ATP is going to monitor them for the next six months to see if they have improved during this time. Apart from this, fine of 25 thousand dollars has also been imposed on him. Kirios has time for the next five days to appeal against the ATP's decision.

A statement issued by the ATP stated that the '16-week suspension will end after a six-month probation period when all other things are also followed. Along with this ban, they will also have to pay a fine of 25 thousand US dollars. If the Kirios want to appeal in this case, they must do so within 5 days of the verdict. Nick Kirios complained during the Cincinnati Open last month. During the match, he broke the racket in anger, spit on the field and also said abusive words to the chair umpire. Earlier, at the US Open, Kirios called ATP a corrupt entity.
