According to the information, the producer has been accused of stealing the script of the film. According to the latest report, a filmmaker named Janak Toprani has alleged that there is a lot of similarity between his 2017 film Call For Run and Ayushmann starrer Dream Girl, in which Ayushmann Khurrana appears in the girl's getup. He says that the film is like his own story. At the same time, the filmmaker claimed in a media publication that he had approached Balaji twice with his film, but he rejected the script.

In this regard, he also said that he got a film on getting the financer. At the same time, he did not talk to Ekta Kapoor, he discouraged his idea production. Even after several attempts from Balaji CEO Nachiket, he could not be heard. Dream Girl is said to be very similar to the story of her film. And they can file a legal case because they want the credit and royalty rights of the writer.
