Baby Corn Bezule;this eatery is a Blast of flavours!

Ingredients:

100 gm baby corn

For marinating:

10 gm deghi mirch powder 10 gm ginger & garlic paste Salt - to taste 2 gm turmeric powder 10 curry leaves 4 gm garam masala powder 4 gm dhania powder

For coating:

40 gm rice flour 40 gm besan flour Oil to deep fry Method to make Baby Corn Bezule: Blanch baby corn in turmeric & salt water. (Use a pinch of both in water and heat it till the baby corn softens) Cool it down and mix with the marinating spices. Set aside for 10 minutes. After marinating, dust it with rice and besan flour, make sure baby corn doesn't stick to each other Deep fry in medium hot oil till it becomes crispy and serve hot.
